Welcome to the registration page for the 16th International Congress of Medieval Canon Law. Saint Louis University is pleased to host the event, co-sponsored by the Iuris Canonici Medii Aevi Consociatio (ICMAC). Please direct any questions about registration to email@example.com.
The registration fee has three categories: (1) general; (2) reduced rate; and (3) complimentary.
The general fee applies to most scholars attending the conference. The reduced rate applies to graduate students, independent/unaffiliated scholars, and retirees. The complimentary registration applies to plenary speakers, participants in the law-school day plenary panel discussion, and ICMAC bursary recipients. These participants have been notified separately about their waived registration, but they still need to register and pay for accommodation, parking, and/or partner fees, as applicable.
Please note that registration fees increase by $50 starting June 1, 2022; please register prior to that date, if at all possible.
Lodging/Accommodations and Parking
On this site, you will be led through the registration process, including, if you wish, reservations for air-conditioned, on-campus lodging/accommodations ($75/night) as well as parking ($6/day). If you desire more comfortable accommodations, you may reserve at the Angad Arts Hotel ($162.53/night, including tax), where we have reserved a block of rooms. Reservations for the hotel must be done separately, directly with the hotel. See https://www.icmcl2020.org/housing/ for more information on these lodging options.
We will also ask you to let us know what meals you plan to attend so that we can prepare for appropriate numbers. The cost is included in the cost of registration. At least one main meal (lunch or dinner) is provided each day of the Congress. More information about dining options for breakfast and other meals not provided by the Congress is available on our website.
If you are travelling with your spouse or partner, there is no additional registration fee. There are additional fees if your partner will be joining us on the excursion and at the closing banquet. Please note that the on-campus housing includes two separate beds per room, so a participant and partner will both have beds in one room when the participant registers. This arrangement is for spouses and partners only, and there may be a small fee of $10 when you arrive in order to cover the cost of paying for an additional set of linens (bed sheets and towels).
Thank you for registering, and we look forward to seeing you in July!
